I worked directly with the co-founders of a start-up specialising in IoT devices in industrial settings, such as farming and manufacturing. In its infancy, I was instrumental in establishing their core brand aesthetic, facilitating sessions with the team and partners to develop the process and customer journeys across several areas of their specialism, and then produced a SaaS platform prototype, firstly that was interactive for demoing to potential investors, but also to establish the initial foundations of what the product would eventually spawn into.
